Each setup includes a two-person team—one assisting guests with design and patch selection, and one operating the heat press. The process is quick and efficient, keeping wait times minimal.
Can I order custom patches?
Yes! We offer custom patch design and production for branded or themed events. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production.
What size are the patches?
Patches are typically 2–3 inches, ideal for clean placement and layering multiple designs.
What size are the hats?
All hats are adjustable and one-size-fits-all, making them great for guests of all ages.
How many hats can you produce per hour?
We can create up to 50 custom patch hats per hour, making this ideal for both small and large events.
What do I need to provide?
One or two 6’ or 8’ tables, two chairs, and access to a standard electrical outlet. We bring everything else.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, there is a 2-hour minimum for patch hat events.
