Our Party Scopes experience is designed to be seamless, interactive, and highly engaging for guests from start to finish. Each event is staffed with a dedicated two-person team, including a professional photographer and an assistant. The photographer moves throughout your event capturing candid moments and posed photos, ensuring guests are part of the action without disrupting the flow of the celebration.
As photos are taken, guests receive a numbered raffle-style ticket. When they’re ready, they simply visit the Party Scopes station, match their ticket, and collect their custom photo keychain. This efficient system keeps lines moving while creating an enjoyable and memorable guest experience.
Party Scopes photo keychains offer flexible customization to match your event theme or branding. Choose from a variety of vibrant scope colors or opt for an assorted mix for added visual appeal. Each keychain can be custom imprinted with your logo, event name, date, or personalized message, making them ideal for corporate branding, weddings, milestone celebrations, and promotional events.
If you don’t already have artwork, our team can design a custom logo or imprint for you. We’ll provide a proof ahead of time to ensure everything looks exactly how you envision before your event.
Our standard package includes up to 150 custom-labeled photo keychains produced during a 3–4 hour event window. This ensures a steady, high-quality output while maintaining the guest experience. For larger events, additional scopes can be ordered in increments of 50 to accommodate higher guest counts.
Following your event, you’ll receive a digital gallery via Dropbox, giving you full access to all captured images—perfect for sharing, marketing, or preserving memories.
To ensure a smooth setup and operation, we ask that the host provides two to three 6’–8’ banquet tables, two chairs, and access to a standard electrical outlet. Our team handles the rest, including setup, operation, and breakdown.
Party Scopes can be tailored to fit the unique layout and flow of your event. Our photographer can roam throughout the venue or remain stationed in a designated area, depending on your preference. For larger-scale events exceeding 250 scopes within a 4-hour timeframe, a second photographer may be added to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Our goal is to capture as many guests as possible—typically ensuring each guest who wants a photo receives one, along with extra keepsakes for hosts or guests of honor.
