What is heat pressing?

Heat pressing is a method of applying custom designs, logos, or graphics onto items like t-shirts, tote bags, hats, and more using heat and pressure. We use high-quality heat transfer vinyl or DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints to ensure vibrant, long-lasting results right on the spot.

What’s included with a live heat press station booking?

There is a 2-hour minimum booking, which includes 2–3 staff, 1–2 heat presses, and up to 4 different logos (each available in two sizes—one large and one small). Each item can have up to 2 decals applied during the event.
We can also supply white t-shirts or natural tote bags for an additional charge.

How does a live heat press station work at an event?

We bring the heat press equipment, materials, and a team of skilled operators to your event. Guests choose their item and favorite design from a curated selection, and we press it on-site in just minutes—creating a fun, interactive experience and a personalized keepsake.

Can we use our own logo or design?

Yes! You’re welcome to provide your own high-resolution designs in advance. Don’t have one? Our in-house art team can create custom logos or graphics for your event for an additional charge per logo, which includes up to two rounds of edits per design.

What power or space is needed for the setup?

All we need is access to a standard 120V electrical outlet and a 10’x10’ space (indoors or outdoors under a tent) and two six foot tables. We’ll handle the rest—including setup, staff, and cleanup.
