What to Expect When You Book Our Holiday Characters

When you book one of our holiday characters or mascots—whether it’s Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, the Green Grump (Grinch), Rudolph, Buddy the Elf, our festive Elves, a Toy Soldier, the Snow King or Snow Queen, a magical Ice Princess (Elsa) and Ice Girl (Anna), Olaf-style Snowman, Frosty Snowman, Gingerbread Man, Giant Nutcracker, Living Marionette, Living Christmas Tree, or even our Tap-Dancing Present—you’ll receive a truly immersive holiday experience.

Our performers arrive approximately 30 minutes before start time to prepare and get into character. Once the event begins, they will stroll, mingle, pose for photos, delight guests, and bring the holiday magic to life with interactive entertainment. For bookings longer than two hours, our costumed characters take brief 10-minute cooling breaks, ensuring they stay energized and performance-ready—because spreading Christmas cheer in those festive suits can get warm!
