WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Our Craft Experts arrive approximately 30 minutes before the event to set up a clean, organized, and inviting craft station.
We bring the supplies, materials, tools, and creative guidance needed so guests can simply sit down and start creating.
Throughout the event, our team assists guests, answers questions, replenishes materials, and keeps everything running smoothly.
Every participant leaves with a personalized keepsake they’ll enjoy long after your event ends.
HOW MANY CRAFT EXPERTS WILL I NEED?
Every event is different.
The number of Craft Experts depends on the selected craft, guest count, event timeline, and expected participation.
Most craft experiences require at least one Craft Expert and one dedicated craft table. Larger events or multiple craft stations may require additional staff to ensure everyone has a great experience.
We’ll recommend the ideal setup during the booking process.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Most craft services require:
- Two 6′ or 8′ banquet tables
- One or two chairs
- Adequate guest space
- Access to electricity when required
We’ll discuss any additional requirements before your event.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING?
Most of our craft experiences have a two-hour minimum.
If your event requires something different, simply ask—we’re happy to discuss options.
