Carbone Entertainment was founded 20 years ago on the sunny boardwalks of Ocean City, Maryland, when they opened the first hairwrap stand on the East Coast. They quickly expanded with several additional stands in OC as well as Rehoboth and also branched out into temporary tattoos: crystal tattoos, decal tattoos and glitter tattoos, as well as henna and airbrushed tattoos. They soon combined forces with the neighboring airbrush t-shirt stands. Vacationing families that frequented the Eastern Shore began to express their desires to bring a bit of the beach and boardwalk home to their special events.
